The gist of these 1:1 retreats is as follows:
You fly down to Costa Rica…
You will be picked up by our private driver…
You arrive to the STUNNING luxe 2 bedroom home that is next door to my house (see photos on this page)…
Then, you unwind with a fresh smoothie or juice, made from organic local ingredients by my friend Elena, holistic functional nutritionist….
We wander down the path to the beach to do an easeful and intentional integration into the energy of this land…
And the following 4 days unfold to support your recharge, your initiation into your True Self, your REBIRTH…
Imagine yourself waking up to the sounds of the jungle, feeling the tropical air filling your lungs and completely saturating your cells as you begin your day with a guided breathwork session by the ocean…
Followed by a trip to one of the most beautiful day spas I've seen IN THE WORLD, right here in Nosara, for your daily sauna experience (you can also take advantage of the contrast therapy by alternating between the sauna and the cold plunge)…
Followed by a profoundly nourishing lunch by the sparkling saltwater pool..
After an afternoon rest and recharge, we will dive into your deeply healing, activating, and aligning 2-hour Quantum Activation Session, tailored just for you.
